CEJ Capital invests solely the capital of its owner and affiliates, for its own account. It does not solicit, accept, pool or manage capital from anyone else, and it is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer or fund.
It acquires its interests in companies mainly in exchange for services that Everett Advisors LLC, which does business as EVRT, provides to them, and in some cases for cash.
